These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Signature Maker: Sign PDF ("Signature Maker", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Signature Maker lets you create handwritten-style signatures on your device, import documents and images, place signatures on them, and export signed documents. Documents and signatures are stored on your device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store rules. The App is licensed, not sold. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

4. Electronic Signatures — Important Notice

The App creates an image of a signature and places it on a document. It does not provide certificate-based digital signatures, identity verification, timestamps, or audit trails.
A signature made with the App is a simple electronic signature. It is not a qualified or advanced electronic signature (for example a qualified electronic signature under the EU eIDAS Regulation or a secure electronic signature under Turkish Law No. 5070) and it does not replace a handwritten, notarized, or certified signature where one is required.
Many legal systems require a handwritten, notarized, or qualified signature for certain documents, such as wills and trusts, powers of attorney, real estate transfers, family-law matters, and court filings. Check the requirements before you sign these or other regulated documents with the App.
Whether a signature created with the App is legally valid or accepted depends on the laws of your country, the type of document, and the requirements of the other party. We do not guarantee that any signed document will be legally binding or accepted.
The App does not provide legal advice. For important or regulated documents, consult a qualified professional.
You may only sign documents you are authorized to sign and only with your own signature or a signature you are legally permitted to use. Forging or misusing another person's signature, including by scanning or copying it from a document, is prohibited.
The printed-and-scanned look of signed copies is a visual style only. Do not present a document signed with the App as an original signed in ink, or as signed on paper, when the recipient requires a handwritten signature.

5. Your Content

You keep all rights to the documents and signatures you use with the App. Because your content stays on your device, you are responsible for keeping it, backing it up, and making sure you have the right to use and share it. We are not responsible for lost content, for example if the App or your device is deleted or reset.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features, including exporting signed documents, require a Premium subscription. Available plans and prices are shown in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
If a plan includes a free trial, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Where local law requires it, the App Store may ask for your consent before the first payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policies.
You can restore previous purchases from the App on devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for fraud, forgery, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.
Reverse engineer, modify, copy, resell, or distribute the App, except where permitted by law.
Interfere with the App, its security, or the third-party services it uses.
Use the App in a way that violates Apple's terms or applicable laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, and Adapty, which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their changes.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the App.

11. Changes and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, and we may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your purposes, or that documents signed with it will be accepted by any person or authority.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or the rejection or invalidity of any signed document, arising from or related to the App or these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country or region.
